The seller did offer a reasonable compromise in to resolve my issue that I was able to accept since I was able use the hood in a modified way. I still had to buy a seperate bumper that would fit and have the 3 piece bumper that came with the hood with no use. If a top view of the hood head been shown this would have avoided the problem.
