The Auto-Vox backup camera is all their product description indicates. Everything needed for the installation was included in the package. I had an issue getting the monitor paired with the camera. Gigi in Auto-Vox customer service was quite helpful assisting with possible suggestions to correct the problem. The solution had nothing to do with the Camera, there was a faulty connection to the hot wire of the backup light. Working perfectly now. I would highly recommend this camera!
