The second part will give the reader useful ways on how to accept and love themselves despite the struggle, choosing a routine that could bring a sense of security back in their lives and the importance of attitude amid the obstacle. The second part can be used as a book study or just a reflection guide., You can not control the winds and seas, but you can adjust your sails. Cornelia's first book, CANCER SUCKS! will take you on a journey through the stormy seas, a journey that Cornelia has been on since 2016 and what you could do to adjust your sails so you can find peace and strength amid your struggle.
