    THE ONLY BRAND I TRUST

    The only brand of melatonin I use, and have used for about 6 years now. It is the brand my neurologist recommended. He recommended 15mg/nightly. The higher dose helps with restless leg syndrome, and it has been very successful in treating it. I used to be bothered by it nightly, now I am rarely bothered by it.

    Do Not Dissolve Well

    In recent years, the quality of this product has diminished. They no longer dissolve fast or well. For an example of how tablets should dissolve, examine Midnite Sleep Aid, which also contains melatonin.

    Easily digestible, fast acting Melatonin

    I've been taking Natrol Melatonin for quite a while and the NATROL brand is my preferred brand. This Melatonin works well, doesn't give me heartburn like others I've tried in the past and the tablets are coated to slide easily down your throat-they don't get stuck to dissolve in your throat later and give you heartburn. I take 1 about 15 minutes before bedtime and sleep like a baby.

    Excellent product

    Natrol Melatonin is the best Melatonin on the market. I have tried many others, this one works for me. It is a natural sleep aid that helps replace our bodies' natural melatonin, often lost as we age. I recommend this brand above others.

    Better for you then an RX

    I use to take Ambien which is a prescription drug. Now by using the Melatonin I no longer use the Ambien! I have found out if you take it right before or right after you eat it takes longer to kick in. It puts you in a real pleasant relaxed mode to where you can fall asleep very easily. I chew two of these about 15 minutes before I go to bed. It works every time and I don't wake up with a groggy feeling!! Highly recommend!
