I attempted to return the item only to find out it would be very costly for shipping and would not make financial sense to move forward with the return. The seller decided to refund me fully and yet I could keep the unit. I donated the massager to a local charity (goodwill) with a receipt and photos for proof in hopes someone else in need might appreciate it better. The sellers agreed and so it happened. Thank you for being so flexible
