I ordered these in the brown and I thought the Matte Black. But mistakingly I ordered the shiny black. It was way too Shiny. I contacted the Seller to try and do an exchange. They said they don't do them and for a Return it said it would cost je over $17. The Company replied and asked if I was willing to keep the boots and they would give me a 30% Refund of the purchase price. Didn't want the hassle so I agreed. And had to re order the Matte Black ones at Regular price. A pain but like the boots
