    I was so excited to find an Alexa kids that had a headphone jack for my 5 year old. I’ve tried factory resetting it 3 times and it keeps randomly turning completely off. While it looks clean and undamaged, clearly something is wrong with it. I just wish I didn’t waste my money on something that is broken.
