The customer service was good they replied and answer my questions fast. Though the iPhone was not an US version and it didn’t support E-sim card so I had to returned it for that reason. The iPhone didn’t have visible scratches on the screen but there was some on the edges which is fine. Was what I expected of excellent condition.

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
