    Decent product, saves money!

    I like to brew different gourmet coffees and this allows me to do so. These definitely work better than the permanent mesh screen cups, as those tend to leave grounds in your cup when brewing coffee. The java jig does a better job brewing a better cup of coffee. It is also way more economical then buying k-cups.

    nice concept, not so nice execution

    I like and respect Melitta for their product quality generally speaking. This product is an exception, I must say. With the opportunity to make something really useful for millions of coffee lovers everywhere, it appears they squandered their opportunity with this JavaJig. I've tried using it a about 20 times or so, and only once or twice did it provide a filtered cup of coffee without a big mess. It appears that the filter paper is simply too weak to withstand the pressure of a Keurig brewer, which it is designed to be used with. I'm using the K55 brewing system, and while this product appears to go together with the brewer perfectly, it consistently "blows" a fracture in the filter paper, and sends grinds all over the place, including the innards of the brewing insert and the cup of ...

    The Java Jig is very easy to use and makes for quick clean-up. It takes a few trials to get the coffee amount right, but once you have that figured out, it works perfectly. Would buy it again.

    It works OK, but I don't use it much, just too much trouble. For someone really wanting to reduce the price of their coffee, it would help, but the convenience of the prepackaged cups makes it too easy, and the disposal seals the deal. These are kind of a pain to clean and disassemble each time you make a single cup of coffee

    Been using for years. Good product

    Two problems with it - I've thrown away a piece several times and had to buy more of these and several times the filter broke and got lots of grounds in my coffee. Otherwise, works great, just have to be careful when disposing of grounds and careful not to make too tight, I guess.
