    The Samsung TU8000 - 55" Crystal 4K UHD HDR Smart TV w/ 3 HDMI is the best TV I have ever purchased. Aside from its clarity and very easy to use features, Its weight and ease of setup has made my TV a simple piece of electronics to use.

    Value with some errors

    TV works great, however did not meet the discription of brand new. There where some cosmetic scratches and faults, and one small imperfection on the screen. All in all great value, 100$ below retail. similar to out-of-box price

    I very much like the features and operations of this TV, I have had very good luck with Samsung products.

    TV is everything I was expecting and more, Picture, setup, everything is great. The only thing I had to buy was the four bolts needed to mount TV to my existing wall bracket. I highly recommend this TV to anyone.

    Good picture but horrible usability

    I bought this for my mother. A few things to keep in mind: 1. It's a smart TV, so it won't even let you do many things, such as choosing the input source, without an internet connection and agreeing to "Terms and Conditions". It also comes bundled with a bunch of services, whether you need them or not. 2. The remote is primitive. The number pad is gone, you need to choose numbers on the screen. Switching the channel becomes an involved operation (rather than just hitting 2-3 buttons), and it's definitely not something you'd want to give an elderly person. To make matters worse I wasn't able to find a universal remote (with a regular layout) compatible with this TV. It appears to be one of the exceptions when it comes to compatibility with remotes. The picture is decent, the sound is ok ...
