Ordered 2 of this item to have for a spare. 1 fit like it was suppose to and the other one would not lock into place. Didn't contact seller as I felt it wasn't worth the effort of going through return process. I don't believe that the seller knew about the problem or intentionally sold a defective item. I just glad to have my wife's sewing machine up and running again in short order and she is happy too.
