Damaged at binding but OK
This was advertised as damaged, and it is, but it seems structurally strong. It's just ugly at its backside opposite the neck. Despite this the guitar sounds amazing! Of my seven-odd similarly priced guitars this damaged Yamaha F325D sounds the best. And the damage can't be seen whilst playing it.
