Item was as described, but does not function everytime dog barks because it has a built in safety feature that requires the bark and movement at the same time. My only other complaint with this collar is that it only has two buttons that work everything on it. You have to keep the manual nearby or you'll never figure out how many times and which button to push/ hold and for how long to get the function you want to change to do so. Complicated functionality!

Instantly corrects my dogs behavior and barking..I bought another for the same behavior problem but a different pet ..I only have to show it to my dog to correct the issue ..collar is Humane ..no painful shock !
