This ordered delivered this morning in prefect packaging both outside and double protection inside. Both glass files were snatched and fell out in pieces when opened. There is no way they were damaged in transit so must have been so before being packed.

Please can I ask why you have not contacted us directly? We always replace breakages and I can confirm these were fully intact when packed as I did it personally.
They must have been either dropped or trodden on. There is no way we would send broken items and you can see by our feedback we get first class reviews.
