Two things I noticed are 1) many page number references are slightly wrong, probably because they were lifted from previous editions and not checked carefully; and 2) the main size chart may be a bit misleading unless you want the clothes to be very, very baggy. I used the LL size on a couple of things to make sure they would be big enough, but I could have used L.
