    Perfectly packaged, excellent condition and fully operational. Please note Smartpost is the slowest possible method of delivery. Yes, it is the cheapest. I have had numerous Smartpost packages sit in Middletown CT Distribution facility for over a week. The FedEx tracking number does not work with USPS who does the final delivery. The USPS tracking number assigned when they receive usually goes live the day it is at you Post Office for pickup. If you are not in a hurry then this works .
