Testing it out right now on my Anytone 878 plus. Higher gain than stock antenna. Only half inch longer than stock one. Very flexible and comfortable wearing on belt. Make sure it is the original Nagoya. This is the antenna more Hams use to replace their stock ones great value and price. Would buy again from this company also came in the mail quite fast. Thanks again.

This isn't a "canned" review... I was actually able to check into a net on a repeater that was over 50 miles away!! Disclaimer: I was outside at the time and had to be holding the radio just right to be heard. I was on an oilfield location about 20 miles North of Douglas, WY and the repeater is located on Casper Mt. I'm 100% sure that elevation was the key! I use the radio mostly for monitoring what is going on at work, but also enjoy being heard from 50+ miles away (according to Repeaterbook)!!!This isn't a "canned" review... Works better than the factory antenna that came with the radio! It's not crazy long like some of the other recommended ones. It was just a little longer than the factory one, and I can pick up a transmission that my friend couldn't with the factory antenna.
