I wanted to try one of these Teflon shift cables with the new lined cable housing.To say for the two dollars extra.Over a non coated cable.I feel its worth installing.As for exactly how much good it has done.Happens to be a hard call.With a entire new drivetrain would be why.And not having any shifting isuues do directly to the shift system.But a lot in the old drivetrain.Which are all gone now !!
