    Great loaf pan - highly recommended

    Great loaf pan. Makes perfect bread. The loaf pan can be used with or without the cover - a nice option. Using the cover, we can bake bread with a flat top. Without the cover, we can bake bread with a rounded top. Additionally, bread is easy to remove from the pan after baking. The pan is very easy to clean. Bread comes out so easily that the pan is virtually clean after the bread is removed from the pan. We also like that this makes bread that is straight up, versus in a "V" shape. The squareness of the bread slices from loaves made in this pan are perfect for sandwiches. We highly recommend this pan.

    secret trick

    this well made Pullman loaf pan is the trick to high performance sandwich bread. perfectly square equally dense slices, that i slice pretty thin, I also use a higher gluten flour that increases "durability" of the slice and keeps the flakes away from it. Look, someone glutened you!

    Excellent bread pan!

    This pan is truly great. It made a perfect loaf of basic white bread. I also made cinnamon raisin bread which also was fantastic. I highly recommend it! It is very, very well made and I can see it lasting forever.
