    Asus RT- AX88U- Noticable Increase in Wifi Speed

    Installing my new Asus RT- AX88U dual band router resulted in an immediately noticeable improvement in my wifi speed! The router was easy to install taking only a few minutes using the user-friendly administrator interface. The router is feature rich and includes 8 1gb LAN ports for hard wiring. PC Magazine rated it the top-rated future proof router available! I have not been disappointed in the performance of this router after several weeks of use!.

    The ASUS RT88U is a great product and investment

    Excellent product. It does take a little required learning as you are setting it up. I transitioned from a Lynksys 9500 on my 1gig fiber optic system. As suggested a wired connection during setup is desired. It was a little hard to figure out how to get back to the router on my static IP network after changing router IP address to 192.168.1.1. But did do it. simply moved it into the the location of the Linksys, reconnected by disconnection other computers/equipment and reconnected those items. I did find that during setup the RED light on WAN stayed on for some period of time after it was actually connected and working. A call to ASUS tech support cound not tell me why that was going on. However, after about 30 or 40 minutes it turned WHITE and during several reconnections to WAN it ...

    Best router I've ever had

    Bought this as a step up/change from a ZenWifi AC3000 CT8. I moved into a smaller place, and didnt need the mesh anymore, and also wanted to make the jump to wifi6 and get more throughput. I couldnt be happier. Firmware is a nice upgrade as well. Game mode works great, link aggregation, really everything about it is awesome. Get one for yourself.

    This fixed a weak Wi-Fi coverage area for us.

    This Asus RT-AX88U router works great! I bought it used, but in mint condition. I am using it to wirelessly cover an area of the house and driveway that was a little weak for Wi-Fi before. I have it setup in an AiMesh network with an Asus RT-AC88U. Very happy with our coverage and speeds now.
