Shipping was really fast I was very impressed about that. Took the product out tested it it worked great even with new batteries. Definitely recommend the seller if you're looking for a Alpha smart Neo. I personally swear by these machine, I don't even type on a normal laptop anymore it's too foreign for me. Somehow, while with FedEx, the box got completely soaked in some sort of oil. It seemed like a bottle of mineral oil leaked all over it. It was drenched to the point FedEx put it in a bag to deliver it, and the bag was also drenched. I was sure it would be ruined, but the seller's packaging kept it bone dry and it works great! Item is in great condition and shipped promptly. Super pleased. Thank you!
