I contacted the seller, ITOFFICESOLUTIONS twice and they did not respond. I started a return and the shipping address was to Emesa Technology. I ordered the same model pc from Emesa Technology (on Ebay) but now my order says it is sold by discountparts. So apparently, all these sellers are really Emesa Technology. I hope the next pc will be as advertised and not a low end substitution.
