Was suppose to be NOS but sent me a dusty used CPU and FAN. No adjustment. Just none of our other CPUs are packed with dust. Yes the CPU works but I was buying it for the NOS fan that was attached to it, the CPU was an extra plus that I didn't need to fix a customer unit. I had to find another NEW fan from another vendor.
