Cars were in as described condition but the box was damaged. As a modeler and collector, this is disappointing. Seller was hard to get a hold of and sent a rude response claiming they weren’t like that when they left. I’m only leaving neutral instead of negative feedback as the cars were in excellent condition and I paid less than retail. This seller needs to work on protecting items better during shipping as well as their customer service.

Item described as Mint/Brand new unused. Pictured with box. Box was not original with item 9135. Top of hopper came off no clips to attach to hopper body. Wheels are used. Not as described. Already contacted seller. Sent 2 e-mails to him and no reply asking how he will make this right. Need a price adjustment and send 2 clips to fix.
