Shipping container arrived physically damaged and torn. Not all small parts (washers, bolts nuts) were in the shipment. Instructions were rudimentary at best and incomplete. Pictures of parts and how they attached were poor in quality and difficult to interpret. Luckily I was able to assembele using common sense and spare hardware I had at ranch. Buyer beware - product is MADE IN CHINA although ad does not say so.

The color matches nicely with my Road King. Very spacious trunk. I can fit two full helmets inside no problem. The seller was very good at communication. I was accidentally sent two backrests and the base, but not the tour pack. The seller made sure to send the missing part very promptly. This package will ship in three separate packages.
