    Paul has been excellent from the start and is still being helpful. Refunded my payment immediately when it became obvious I had a problem with the postage I didn’t even need to ask and has even offered to help me find a replacement at a fair price. Can’t recommend him enough 100% genuine and would definitely recommend him.

    This was a repair and the item was lost by Evri on its way "to" me. I kept the buyer fully informed I had not yet received it and once confirmed it was lost I gave an immediate and full refund. If it was lost on the way back to my customer I would have made the claim and at the same time sent a full guaranteed replacement from my stock. There is not much more I could do.
