I purchased twelve Gammill M-size bobbins but five would not slide into my bobbin case properly. Contacting the seller by email (the email address was on a card included in the package), the seller replied with an address to which I should mail the un-functional bobbins, instructing me to mail them first class. I did exactly that, only to have the intact package returned to me several days later with the handwritten message, "Return to Sender/Refused" on the package. Very disappointing.

The seller let me know that he'd opened my mailed package and switched out the bobbins, even adding a new bobbin case. I don't know how he managed to do it without obvious destruction of my package, and then marked it "Return to Sender/Refused" - but when I opened it, I did find bobbins that work not only in my bobbin case, but also in the one he sent. He did, indeed, make good on the issue. Thank you, I.a.products person.
