The defect does not interfere with the mechanical function of the machine itself being the exhaust hepi plate is a minor problem on the running of the machine. It would create alot of difficulty to return as well as consume time& efforts taking away from my busy lifestyle. I believe a reduction in the orginal purchase price would suffice for the issue. So as I requested how about a reimbursement of some of the original cost? As I have stated previously in our conversations?
