The strap wasn't exactly as pictured and was missing the loop which was the main reason (along with price) why I ordered from their site.     The Le Chameau Jamesson wide fit camel brown, tall boots were received in good order, well packaged, quick shipping, as described and a good fit and wore them most of the day when they arrived.
