First, the comforter is not wide enough to adequately reach across the bed with deep thicker mattresses. The 14 inch drop is not enough for most larger mattresses. The other issue is the material being 100% polyester. It covers the comforter as well as the shams and accent pillows. With the slick material, the pillows slide down out of place and the checkered edges of the shams do not stand up.

When I contacted them to tell them what they did all they communicated back to me was that is how they company ships the product. Sorry but that is not good enough and you should honor the customers request and since you didn't you should compensate .
