    This is my 1st negative feedback after more than 100 purchases I've made the last six months. I ordered 2 "Our Hero" military picture ornaments on May 16 & rec'd on May 31!! The 2 items were shipped in a soft bubble wrap envelope & arrived here in a sorry state. Items weren't broken but the boxes were destroyed. After reading today the response seller gave another buyer regarding soft envelope & damaged boxes, the seller's comment was "Wow unbelievable". I'm not happy & won't be shopping here!

    If there was a problem, you should have contacted me and I would have made it right. Sorry it got damaged in shipping but I have mailed several items out with no issues. Sometimes it happens and would of been more than happy to help before leaving a negative feedback.
