Shopping experience itself was good. The Mirror I ordered was and is a good product. The area of concern is the mounting of the mirror. The Mfg Co. requires that two 3/8" holes be drilled and then insert two soft rubber expandable lag inserts and screws. The lag inserts are the problem and do not support the tightening of the mirror mounting brackets. I was able to use an alternative means to support the tightening of the mirror's mounting bracket.
