    As I ordered a SoundDock Series 1 Type A DSP I received a phone call from Paul and after a quick chat Paul confirmed that I had ordered the correct part. I also mentioned that I had also ordered a set of ribbon cables. Both items were bundled together and the postage costs were reduced. The parts arrived very quickly and the SoundDock was soon playing again. A few days after returning the faulty part I received the £4 exchange fee. Excellent service. I would certainly use again.
