Very nice!
This controller is amazingly good it has all the power you could possibly need. It runs super cold even at 56 volts. Got my electric bike up to 50 miles an hour or more. The only thing I guess it's lacking is cruise control. I don't see as that's very important on a bicycle anyway. Or pedal-assist. But it has everything you need if you want a powerful electric bicycle

Great circuitry but terrible build quality. Needs some work for best performance.
This one is hard. On one hand, the electronics inside are vastly overbuilt. I am pushing 50 battery amps and 100 phase amps through this with a shunt mod and it only gets a little bit warm. I'd feel safe shunt-modding this thing all the way up to 70 amps. The FETs on this thing appear genuine in terms of internal resistance, and the internal control logic is buttery smooth even at low speeds on a low-kV motor. On the other hand, the external build quality on the unit I received was abysmal. The holes in the case were initially drilled in the wrong place and sheet-metal screws with no waterproofing or loctite were used to "secure" the heatsink to the case. The "waterproof" cable gland where the cables exited the controller was also not waterproof at all. I'd call it somewhat ... This one is hard. The thermal compound was thin, dry and flaky. After applying real heatsink compound, securing the screws better, and replacing the cable gland with silicone reinforced with zip-ties, this turned out to be a bulletproof controller. I've had no issues for the better part of a year, and the bike is stored outside and runs at well above the "rated" current of the controller.

Three wire hook up
Works great. Plenty of power with 48v battery. top speed around 34 mph. This controller will work perfect with no hall sensors, so if you have blown hall sensors on your ebike motor, this controller is for you. just hook up the three phase wires and away you go. Awesome controller at an awesome price.

Cheap and powerful
A very powerful 18 FET controller for cheap, if you don't need a fancy controller, but you want to go fast, then this is for you. Minimum voltage is 58V, current limit is 42A. It has regen, you just have to enable it. Open up the controller, look for the EBS caption, there are to solder points, connect them. After that you can use low level brake for regen.

Wonderful controller that lets you jack up the performance a lot with just another battery
I love this controller. I'm running a BBSHD mid-drive with this controller and a 100 volt battery. It is smooth as silk without hall sensors where another controller was rough. It doesn't have cruise control wires but does have reverse and 3 speeds. It's longer than normal and has 18 FETs. Never gets warm. It isn't the controller's fault but the throttle is very touchy at 100 volts. I can't go trail riding or I'll kill myself.I love this controller.
