Ok on a bench. Maybe not so much in the field.
It is spring loaded and lightweight, I'll give it that. And it is a fixed height. However, doesn't fold up, and seems to pop off the rail fairly easily when not resting on a bench. Pretty good as a static bench rest, but lacks the features to hold it onto the weapon when in route. Kind of stable, but found a collapsible bipod that attaches to the lower picatinny rail to be a much better fit for a field pod. And it's still on there after I get to where I'm going. Ok as a bench rest bipod, but tie a leash to it if you plan on going into the field. Or take if off and re-install it when you're static. No height adjustment. Holds the weapon about 7" high when mounted. Made of pretty much unbreakable nylon, but too easily falls off, doesn't pivot at all, and hard to use from anything other than ... Works, just don't expect the highest of quality. It's meant for just leaning on. Needs to come off the crossbow before you travel around in the woods. Or it will be gone at your next stop. Other then that it's pretty good.

Light but comes off easily
Lightweight and does the job. You can’t have much twisting action or they will fall off. I think if your expecting to shoot off the ground or off a table that regular bipods will work much better.
