    No Programming! Works right out of the box!

    Remote did not require any programming. Started working as soon as I pointed it at my sound bar. Only downside is the volume button that the original remote had was silent. This replacement one makes a very noticeable clicking noise and is sometimes hard to mute, but it certainly is not a deal breaker for me. Happy with my purchase.
