    Like The Flex With Reservations

    The Flex does what I basically wanted it to do. I still am learning how to use some of the functions. Two problems...the band is not secure. The design of it is so bad in that it does not hold together, a bad design flaw. I purchased silicone bands to make sure it does not fall off my wrist and these hold it securely (also on EBay). There is no way I would wear it without this extra protection. Also, the lack of instructions on the various functions is non-existent. You need to go on line and download the manual or better yet view You Tube videos and peruse the various chat rooms which are a great help. For these reasons I could not rate it 5 stars.

    INCOMPLETE ITEM SENT

    I received my Fitbit Flex today. There were NO instructions - no fold-out with instructions, no booklet with instructions. There were no indications which website to use for said instructions. Also: the "dongle" said to accompany the Fitbit in the package: not there. Nada, nothing, zip. So unless the sender can provide these essentials, I'll be returning this item. The box was horrible - HORRIBLE! - to open. Terrorist-proof, as my husband and I joke about such packaging. Sealed as if this piece of plastic were Fort Knox. So I don't have an intact box anymore. But I will STILL be returning the item.

    So happy. It's a genuine fitbit. Tyvm

    I had just bought a used one last month for 60 on another site and lost it. When I came across this one for 29 I was surprised and honestly expected it to not be a real fitbit, but it is. It updated on the fitbit app, and best yet its brand new. Tyvm. I really am very happy w purchase. Works perfectly.

    Lightweight with great features

    I love my new Fitbit. Best features are steps, distance, sleep tracker, and vibrating alarm. On the negative side and this one thing keeps it from being 5 star is that it is too difficult to put on wrist. The grooves are hard to fit. My husband even had a hard time putting it on my arm. So what I do is make it loose enough that I can slip it off without having to put it back on.

    Redesign

    Everything works great except the band. It is a pain to put back on after taking off. I have had it come off many times with the slightest touch. I just ordered an aftermarket pocket clip holder, which is similar to my old fitbit one. I never had to worry about it coming off, or being a pain to put on. Otherwise, I've been using a fitbit for over three years, and am happy with the concept of how it works.
