    No way to contact seller --- wrong item sent. The plastic package had a black granular product in it and I didn't read the label until I needed to use it today. Then I read the label and it says it's "8% cross linked cation resin in the sodium form." I don't know what that is, but it's Not activated Carbon. I'd like to send this back and get the right product. Online pictures of 8% cross linked cation resin in the sodium form do NOT look like what you sent, so I'm puzzled.

    Great water softer

    We live in our rv full time but we only travel a couple times a year. where we are has well water thats very hard, it is on the very soft side now unit works great, but not very portable. when we retire and start traveling full i will get a smaller unit
