    Not OEM but worked, '17 crosstrek

    Of course you have to tell the locksmith that you have oems then they show up and make fun of you for getting duped then you pay them to 'give it a try' and they're surprised it works. Welcome to modwen vehicle ownership. FYI a lot of subarus are limited to 4 keys at a time. Ask beforehand, the guy forgot and we had to stary over again by wiping to fit all 4.

    Talk to dealer first

    I bought this key and got it cut at the hardware store for $5. When I went to local dealership they said they wouldn't program it because they "don't do aftermarket keys. Dealership Policy." So I had to drive to a dealership an hour away. It costs $53 to program and took about 20 minutes.
