This is a decent book on organization behavior. It reinforces concepts learned in other business management classes, i.e. ethics, and diversity. The breakdown of group behavior is fascinating and thorough. I purchased this book as a text for an Organizational Behavior class I am taking at my local community college to receive certification in Human Resources Management. I am enjoying this book.
The book follows an easy to follow outline. Embolled key words makes information easy to locate during study. Definitions are readily available. Wide margins are good for writing margin notes. The companion site is really helpful as well.
I received the 13th edition paperback copy from India. I really do not recommend it and regret purchasing this. It's basically like a book full of thin paper and faded writing. It's comparable to using a copy machine with almost no more ink in it. Beware of the copies from India. THey are in black and white print. They are worse than reading a newspaper print(which is clear). I will not buy one from India again. Horrible. ;(
Good textbook. The author has a sense of humor. Use of many modern examples makes the material very approachable.
this book is good. the content is the same, but the seller print in black and white, does not use color ink to print. I guess that's why this book is low cost.
