My package was stolen off of my front porch I contacted the shipper and the shipper told me that I needed to call UPS and deal with the issue I feel that it's the shippers responsibility to make sure that my package gets to me and if something happens to that package before it gets to me it should be the shipper's responsibility to call UPS to call the shipper It shouldn't be my responsibility to handle the situation

I am so sorry. It is my experience that people who have special circumstance deliveries (in your case a note taped to the door for the driver about where to put the product) have problems finding their deliveries and I know nothing of the circumstances so it is best to let them speak with the delivery company with the facts, If you had asked me to file a claim I would have been happy to do that.
