Nice option to fill the diameter difference
Purchased these to use in conjunction with a Leupold 30mm Cantilever Scope mount to use a 1 inch diameter scope. Instead of purchasing another scope that is 30mm in diameter, and use a good existing scope on hand I used these 1 inch spacers to accommodate the diameter difference. Once installed on the scope where I was going to install on the cantilever mount I made sure that they snapped the two halves into place, and made sure to level the scope reticle and loctite was used on the ring screws prior to snugging them down. I tighten down the scope rings to 20-25 foot pounds and waited 24 hours prior to checking the zero on the scope. The scope mount reducers work for what you want it to do but after trying it out my scope still turns and moves after tightening it. If it had something on top of the mounting piece’s that will stop the scope from moving around, it will be great for it’s intended use. If someone really want’s a mount that will fit a 1” scope then I would suggest buying a 1” scope mount.

This is a good backup for mounting large ring scope mount on one inch scopes in 30mm rings. I was able to double the the mount for a side side mounting of the adapters in some larger (3 screw) mounts. This helped out instead of making shims for the installation.
