- _***2 (100)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI don't know if this item is really new. it came in a vacuum-sealed package it wasn't in original packaging things were separated and normally they come all together in a zipper type bag so I'm afraid to use these because on the Better Business Bureau somebody else that's something from them that had bed bugs so I am concerned and I'm going to try to get a refund I don't know about this seller.

When I contacted them to tell them what they did all they communicated back to me was that is how they company ships the product. Sorry but that is not good enough and you should honor the customers request and since you didn't you should compensate .
