A minor quibble is that the case is cracked and two of the retaining nipples had broken off. The product was described ss being in very good condition. I do, however, very often have to replace the cases of used CDs.

The packaging was very good, filled with professional packing material and air filled packaging. My MacBook Air was unscathed throughout and was as described in the product description. I do wish they had real pictures of the MacBook so I could see where the minor scratches were. Their customer support was also brilliant and they respond very quickly; they also offer a 30-day return in case you change your mind.
