I purchased this for my Dual CS506-1 turntable. I previously bought one of the other style which eventually broke. This style is much better than the other cheaper ones. Fits perfect with no stress on it like the other one had with the spring loaded pins. I also like the fact it comes with the anti-theft screw which keeps it from being inadvertently unmatched. 10 stars! Good Job.

I purchased Pats Audio Adapter 269-611 to replace broken adapter on my Dual 506-1 turntable. The Pats Audio adapter fits perfectly and with its gold plated contacts is actually a substantial improvement over the orig Dual part. I do not know if the weight is exactly the same as the orig, but I am able to use this adapter with my Pickering XSV 3000 cartridge w/brush without adding the Dual additional counterbalance weight.
