There is not enough praise that I can give this product! I literally thought I was going crazy, but I was not. The craziness is called MENOPAUSE and it can completely devastate some women with a host of symptoms. I suffered from horrible insomnia, night sweats, mood swings, crankiness, anxiety, racing heart- you name it I had it. I always was a strong and emotionally healthy woman until I hit perimenopause. Helped with hot flashes but did not completely stop them. Doctors don't realize how hot flashes work on your nerves. Then, they want to put you on anti-depressants. Just give me my Estradiol!!! You must take Estroven every day about the same time or you will start having awful hot flashes immediately. I am 71 yrs old and still suffer from hot flashes bc I had hysterectomy at early age. Thx!
