Seller sent 2 devices, both with dead, rewrapped, fake label batteries that wouldn't hold a charge. Wouldn't even give me a partial refund. Had to escalate case to Ebay customer service. Batteries labeled 600mAh tested out at 75-110mAh. Pathetic!

Please use a professional tester. And it's tested on a full charge. It's a solar lamp. We will not deliver the goods until we have tested them for normal use. You said you couldn't use it and you wouldn't send us the video. You want us to buy you batteries. We can't handle it.
