Started month #4 today with no smokes, and it feels great to be done with it, once and for all. I like the mint gum, myself- I keep some around the house and put one in my pocket when I go out in case I have a bad craving, but the cravings diminish with time. Instead of buying a pack of cigs if I feel like I really want one (the thought of which doesn't last long anymore) I just pop a piece of gum, and I'm good. Worked for me- hope it works for you too.
