    Excellent product for DIY Projects

    I purchased a few of these MT3608 devices last month for a floor cabinet lighting project with LED tape and momentary switches. I wanted to keep it low budget and not use large rechargeable battery packs for the high voltage requirements. So I purchased these MT3608 and so far they are working great. If you are doing similar projects and need to boost your battery pack, then I do recommend these devices.

    Fantastic little board.

    I bought this for a project of mine and it does the job great. i am putting this board on a little bit more of a load than i should and it takes it like a champ. If you are worried about voltage drop this board does well im running it at 21v because under the load i have there is a drop of half to 1 whole volt so i just gave it a little more head room. Will recommend !!! so good i bought another one

    Not good, stopped working after few weeks under small load.

    The step up power regulator worked for just a few short weeks before it stopped providing the correct voltage. The power step up now acts as a regular pass through unit, I was using it to step up 12v to 18.5v at 800ma. I do not recommend this product for any one.

    Works like they promised

    using this to raise USB voltage (5 V DC) to 9V to power a remote control unit that ran of a 9V battery. I use this little board to run off a 5Volt power bank. Voltage adjustment was easy using a Digital Volt Meter. Adjustment should be made under full load condition. I locked the adjustment screw on the potentiometer with a drop of nail polish to prevent it from changing. Very happy with the purchase.
