      CMOS is static sensitive. Accordingly, NO scotch/clear tape of any kind, NO plastic stretch/shrink wrap, and NO non-conductive foam should be used to pack these. They should be packed at a grounded, anti-static workstation to avoid a charge being accumulated on the packer's body. If none of the aforementioned materials are not available, go buy some aluminum foil and wrap them in that instead. I have ordered chips from many sources, and don't recall who did this. So, I am telling everyone.
